warm welcome bath option convenient location
caryn, derek, and julie greeted me warmly. it was so nice that they situated the hotel near the shops. the town center and winter gardens were close. a bath and shower were both available in my room. i appreciated both options.
the room was at the front, and it got a little noisy early in the morning.

acceptable location winter gardens dated room dirty sink
the location was acceptable as it was near the winter gardens.
The room i was in was dated. The sink in the bathroom was not clean, and the shower had a very high step.

we found a lovely standard double room. there was tea and coffee available plus toiletries (i liked the shampoo!).

loose toilet seat early noise
My stay had a few snags. The toilet seat in my room was loose (apparently, ALL toilets in the building were the same, they said). being at the front, it got NOISY pretty early. I wish I had known that before.

A Pleasant Surprise Near Winter Gardens

The room had tea and coffee facilities. It even offered a mini fridge. Beds are super comfortable in this hotel. Plenty of storage exists for luggage.
Pillows are too thin, which impacted sleep quality. I also noticed a loose toilet seat.

Breakfast includes a good selection of cereal. Full English breakfast is also available. You could choose what you wanted or didn't want. The breakfast dining room is beautifully decorated.

The hotel is perfectly situated for the Town centre. Winter Gardens, Theatre, and Shopping centre are nearby. The owners are very friendly. Staff were most eager to ensure everyone has a good stay.

The location proved very central. Shops, bars, and restaurants were close. All forms of public transport were also easily accessible. This makes exploring easy.

My room included tea and coffee facilities. A mini fridge was there for storing drinks. The bathroom and shower seemed a great size. It looked very clean also.

thin pillows loose toilet seat
The location was acceptable. It was near the winter gardens.
The room faced the front of the building so it was quite noisy in the early morning! plus, the pillows were too thin for my liking. i was told every toilet in the building was the same. The toilet seat was loose.
